Text
A person may not operate a boat in a manner that does any of the following:
(1)Unnecessarily endangers the person or property of another
person.
(2)Unnecessarily interferes with the safe and lawful use of public
waters by another person.
(3)Unnecessarily interferes with or obstructs a special event
sanctioned or otherwise legally permitted by the department,
another state, or the United States.
