Text

A person may not:

(1)take possession of;
(2)assume control of; or
(3)operate upon public water; a boat of which any other person is entitled to the possession, whether by reason of legal title, lease, license, rental arrangement, lease with option to purchase, contract of conditional sale, or otherwise, without the prior express consent of the other person.
