Text

A person who is:

(1)the owner of a boat;
(2)in possession of a boat; or
(3)entitled to the possession of a boat, whether by reason of legal title, lease, license, rental arrangement, lease with option to purchase, contract of conditional sale, or otherwise; may not authorize or knowingly permit a person to operate the boat upon public water in violation of this article.
