§ 14-15-3-24 — Occupants on gunwales or bow decking prohibited
(a)A person operating a motorboat may not
permit an occupant to sit, stand, or lie on the gunwales.
(b)A person operating a motorboat less than twenty-one (21) feet
in length may not permit an occupant to sit, stand, or lie on the bow
decking of the motorboat, except for any of the following purposes:
(1)Anchoring.
(2)Mooring.
(3)Casting off.
(4)Other necessary purpose.
