Text
(a)A court may suspend or revoke the
driver's license of a person upon the conviction of the person of a crime
based on a violation of IC 14-15-3, IC 14-15-8 (before its repeal), IC 35-46-9, or IC 14-15-12.
(b)In suspending or revoking a driver's license under this section,
the court shall notify the bureau of the driver's license suspension or
revocation, and the bureau shall follow the procedure set forth in IC 9-30-4.
