§ 14-15-10-2 — Enforcement powers of attorney general and prosecuting attorneys
The attorney general and prosecuting attorneys have concurrent power to approve, file, and prosecute an affidavit charging a violation of the following:
(1)This article.
(2)The rules adopted under this article.
