Text

The director shall do the following:

(1)Perform the acts for the state that are necessary to conduct the establishment of cooperative outdoor recreation projects in compliance with 16 U.S.C. 460l-4 et seq. and regulations adopted by the United States Secretary of the Interior under 16 U.S.C. 460l-4 et seq.
(2)Accept and administer money paid to the state by the federal government for the purposes defined in 16 U.S.C. 460l-4 et seq. if money accruing to the state is not diverted for any other purpose than the purpose for which the money was received. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-3-5-2.]
