Text
(a)An individual who is appointed to the
commission is eligible for reappointment.
(b)If a vacancy occurs in the position of a member of the
commission, the authority that appointed the member shall appoint a
new member to fill the vacancy in the same way that the member to be
replaced was appointed.
(c)If an appointee is appointed to serve an unexpired term, the
appointee serves only until the end of the unexpired term.
