§ 14-13-9-10 — Advisory members; qualifications
(a)The commission may invite the
executives of the counties located in the basin in Illinois to appoint one
(1)member who meets the qualifications described in section 11 of this
chapter to the commission.
(b)If a member is appointed under this section, the member serves
as a nonvoting advisory member of the commission.
(c)If a member is appointed under this section, the member:
(1)is not entitled to reimbursement for traveling expenses or a
salary per diem as provided in section 17 of this chapter; and
(2)may not be elected as an officer of the commission as
provided in section 14 of this chapter.
