Text
(a)The commission shall promote the
conservation and development of the natural, cultural, and recreational
resources in the corridor by the following:
(1)The exchange of information.
(2)The establishment of common goals.
(3)Cooperative action of the people and governmental units along
the corridor.
(b)The commission does not have any power concerning the
following:
(1)Land use control.
(2)The Wabash River.
