§ 14-13-6-13 — Compensation and expenses
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), a
member of the commission appointed under section 7(2) of this chapter
is not entitled to a salary per diem.
(b)While away from the member's home and regular place of
business in the performance of services for the commission, a member
of the commission appointed under section 7(2) of this chapter is
entitled to reimbursement for:
(1)travel expenses, as provided under IC 4-13-1-4; and
(2)other expenses actually incurred in connection with the
member's duties;
as provided in the state policies and procedures established by the
Indiana department of administration and approved by the budget
agency.
(c)A member of the commission appointed under section 7(2) of
this chapter shall be reimbursed for other reasonable expenses that the
