§ 14-13-2-8 — Term of members; eligibility for reappointment
(a)The term of each member of the
commission is four (4) years. However, if an appointee is appointed to
serve an unexpired term, the appointee serves only until the end of the
unexpired term.
(b)A member is eligible for reappointment.
