§ 14-13-2-24 — Authority to issue bonds; application of other laws
(a)This subsection applies only to the
issuance of revenue bonds. This chapter and IC 14-6-29.5 (before its
repeal) constitute full and complete authority for the issuance of
revenue bonds. A law, a procedure or proceeding, a publication, a
notice, a consent, an approval, an order, an act, or a thing by the
commission or any other officer, department, agency, or instrumentality
of the state, county, or a municipality is not required to issue revenue
bonds except as prescribed in this chapter or in IC 14-6-29.5 (before its
repeal).
(b)This subsection applies only to the issuance of bonds payable
from special assessments collected under section 18.6 of this chapter.
