§ 14-13-2-19 — Creation of fund
(a)The Little Calumet River project
development fund is created. The commission shall make expenditures
from the fund only to accomplish the purposes of this chapter.
(b)The commission shall do the following:
(1)Hold the fund in the name of the commission.
(2)Administer the fund.
(3)Make all expenditures from the fund.
(c)The money in the fund at the end of a fiscal year remains in the
fund and does not revert to any other fund.
