§ 14-13-2-16 — Conveyance of property to political subdivisions or public entities
(a)The commission may sell, transfer, or
convey to:
(1)a political subdivision of the state; or
(2)a public agency, department, or agency;
for the consideration and upon the terms that the commission considers
appropriate real property, including a facility, a betterment, or an
improvement, within the projects or acquired under this chapter, if the
sale, transfer, or conveyance and ownership by the transferee furthers
the purposes of this chapter.
(b)Transfer is subject to the restrictions that the commission
considers appropriate in furtherance of the purposes of this chapter.
