Text
(a)The commission shall meet:
(1)at least four (4) times per calendar year; and
(2)on call of any of the following:
(A)The chairman.
(B)The executive director.
(C)Any number of members that constitutes a quorum under
subsection (b).
(b)The following number of members constitutes a quorum:
(1)Three (3) commission members before August 1, 2012.
(2)Five (5) commission members beginning August 1, 2012.
