Text
(a)The term of a voting member appointed
under section 6(4) of this chapter is four (4) years. The term expires
December 31, 2025, and each fourth year thereafter.
(b)The governor shall fill a vacancy occurring among the members
described in subsection (a). If an appointee is appointed to serve an
unexpired term, the appointee serves only until the end of the
unexpired term.
