Text
This chapter and IC 14-6-29 (before its
repeal) constitute full and complete authority for the issuance of
revenue bonds. A law, a procedure or proceeding, a publication, a
notice, a consent, an approval, an order, an act, or a thing by the
commission or any other officer, department, agency, or instrumentality
of the state, a county, or a municipality is not required to issue revenue
bonds except as prescribed in this chapter or IC 14-6-29 (before its
repeal).
