Text
The general purposes of this chapter are to do the following:
(1)Promote the general health and welfare of citizens of Indiana.
(2)Provide for the creation, development, and facilitation of park,
exposition, educational, athletic, and recreational projects.
(3)Provide for the operation and maintenance of those projects.
(4)Create a commission with the authority to carry out the
purposes of this chapter.
