3.Notwithstanding IC 4-26-3-27 and IC 4-26-3-27.3 (before their repeal) and the one (1) year delay period
ordered by the governor under Executive Order 92-5 issued under IC 4-26-3-11 (before its repeal), the Indiana White River state park
development commission is not abolished, and the powers, duties, and
functions adhering to it do not terminate on June 30, 1993.
