Text
To be eligible to receive a grant from the fund for a project, a corporation must do the following:
(1)Apply for the grant in a manner prescribed by rules of the
commission.
(2)Provide at least fifty percent (50%) of the cost of the proposed
project through public or private money, labor, or property.
