§ 14-12-3-14 — Establishment of fund
(a)The hometown Indiana fund is
established to carry out the purposes of this chapter. The department
shall administer the fund.
(b)Gifts of money to the fund or the proceeds from the sale of gifts
donated to the fund shall be deposited in the fund.
(c)Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert
to the state general fund. However, if the fund is abolished, the money
in the fund reverts to the state general fund.
