Text
To be eligible to receive a grant for a project involving community forestry, the following conditions must be met in addition to those set forth in section 8 of this chapter:
(1)The applicant must be a municipal corporation or a nonprofit
corporation that has no affiliation with religion.
(2)The land involved in the project must be on land owned or
controlled by the municipal corporation.
(3)The applicant must demonstrate that there are adequate
provisions to maintain the completed project.
(4)The applicant must demonstrate the project will be compatible
with existing site conditions, including sewers and utility
facilities.
