Text
As used in this chapter, "emergency medical responder" means:
(1)an emergency medical technician;
(2)an emergency medical technician-paramedic;
(3)a paramedic; and
(4)any other emergency services provider, physician, or nurse;
on the scene of a motor vehicle accident or emergency situation
involving a program participant or accompanying or attending to a
program participant patient in an ambulance.
