Text
(a)Beginning December 1, 2021, the division
shall submit annually:
(1)a summary of the dementia strategic plan; and
(2)a report concerning outcomes from implementation of the
dementia strategic plan;
to the general assembly.
(b)The dementia strategic plan and report required under
subsection (a) must be submitted in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
