1.
(a)As used in this section, "board"
refers to the doula reimbursement advisory board established by section
14 of this chapter.
(b)The family and social services administration shall provide staff
support to the board.
(c)The members of the board shall annually elect a chair and vice
chair from the membership of the board. Before August 1, 2024, the
office of the secretary shall schedule a meeting of the board to elect the
chair and vice chair. Thereafter, the board shall meet at the call of the
chair. The chair elected under this subsection shall serve until a
successor is elected in the following calendar year.
