§ 12-7-2-99 — "A person with a disability"

Indiana·Art. 7 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions

"A person with a disability" means, for purposes of the following statutes, an individual who has a physical or mental disability and meets the program eligibility requirements of the division of disability and rehabilitative services:

(1)IC 12-8-1.5-10.
(2)IC 12-12-1.
