§ 12-7-2-95 — "Grant-in-aid"
(a)"Grant-in-aid", for purposes of the statutes
listed in subsection (b), means any money paid by the federal
government to the state or any money paid by the state to a county for
the purpose of defraying any of the expenses, claims, allowances,
assistance, or obligations authorized by this title.
(b)This section applies to the following statutes:
(1)IC 12-13.
(2)IC 12-14.
(3)IC 12-15.
(4)IC 12-19.
