Text
(a)"Foster care", for purposes of the statutes
listed in subsection (b), means living in a place licensed under IC 31-27.
(b)This section applies to the following statutes:
(1)IC 12-13.
(2)IC 12-14.
(3)IC 12-15.
(4)IC 12-19.
