§ 12-7-2-81 — "Expenses and obligations"
(a)"Expenses and obligations", for purposes
of the statutes listed in subsection (b), refer to expenses, obligations,
assistance, and claims:
(1)of a county office;
(2)incurred in the administration of the welfare services of the
county;
(3)incurred as provided by law; and
(4)for:
(A)assistance for aged persons in need;
(B)assistance to dependent children; and
(C)other assistance or services that a county office is
authorized by law to allow.
(b)This section applies to the following statutes:
(1)IC 12-13.
(2)IC 12-14.
(3)IC 12-15.
(4)IC 12-19.
