§ 12-7-2-73 — "Drug abuser"
"Drug abuser", for purposes of IC 12-23, means an individual who:
(1)has developed a psychological or physical dependence on the
effects of drugs or harmful substances; or
(2)abuses the use of drugs or harmful substances;
so that the individual or society is harmed.
