Text

"Drug abuser", for purposes of IC 12-23, means an individual who:

(1)has developed a psychological or physical dependence on the effects of drugs or harmful substances; or
(2)abuses the use of drugs or harmful substances; so that the individual or society is harmed. [Pre-1992 Revision Citations: 16-13-1-9.3; 16-13-6.1-2.]
