Text
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b),
"dangerous", for purposes of IC 12-26, means a condition in which an
individual as a result of mental illness, presents a substantial risk that
the individual will harm the individual or others.
(b)"Dangerous", for purposes of IC 12-26-5, means a condition in
which an individual presents a substantial risk that the individual will
harm the individual or others.
