§ 12-7-2-5 — "Advocate"

Indiana·Art. 7 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions

"Advocate", for purposes of IC 12-26, refers to a person who:

(1)is a court appointed special advocate (as defined in IC 31-9-2-28); or
