§ 12-7-2-5 — "Advocate"
"Advocate", for purposes of IC 12-26, refers to a person who:
(1)is a court appointed special advocate (as defined in IC 31-9-2-28); or
(2)is a guardian ad litem (as defined in IC 31-9-2-50).
