Text

(a)"Visually impaired", for purposes of the statutes listed in subsection (b), refers to an individual who has a visual acuity between 20/60 and 20/200 in the individual's better eye with the best correction or a corresponding loss in visual field.
(b)This section applies to the following statutes:
