§ 12-7-2-18 — "Assistance"
"Assistance", for purposes of the following statutes, means money or services regardless of the source, paid or furnished under any of the following statutes:
(1)IC 12-10-6.
(2)IC 12-13.
(3)IC 12-14.
(4)IC 12-15.
(5)IC 12-19.
