Text
"Services" means the following:
(1)For purposes of IC 12-10-1 and IC 12-10-2, those services
designed to provide assistance to the aged and the aging,
including the following:
(A)Nutritional programs.
(B)Facilities improvement.
(C)Transportation services.
(D)Senior volunteer programs.
(E)Supplementary health services.
(F)Programs for leisure time activities.
(G)Housing and employment counseling.
(H)Informational, referral, and counseling programs to aid the
aging and aged in availing themselves of existing services
intended to aid the aged in attaining and maintaining
self-sufficiency, personal well-being, and maximum
participation in community life.
(I)Other services required under regulations established under
the Older Americans Act (42 U.S.C. 3001 et seq.).
