Text
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b),
"secretary" refers to the secretary of family and social services
appointed under IC 12-8-1.5-2.
(b)"Secretary", for purposes of IC 12-13-14, has the meaning set
forth in IC 12-13-14-1.
