§ 12-7-2-160 — "Rehabilitation"
(a)"Rehabilitation", for purposes of the
statutes listed in subsection (b), means a process of providing services
to meet the current and future needs of persons with disabilities so that
the individuals may prepare for and engage in gainful employment to
the extent of their capabilities, as provided in 29 U.S.C. 720.
(b)This section applies to the following statutes:
(1)IC 12-8-1.5-10.
(2)IC 12-12-1.
(3)IC 12-12-3.
(4)IC 12-12-6.
