2. "Recovery residence" means an abstinence based living environment for individuals that promotes recovery from:
(1)alcohol; and
(2)other drug;
abuse and related issues. An abstinence based living environment, for
purposes of opioid addiction, may include individuals who are in a
treatment that includes medication assisted treatment with a goal of
opioid abstinence or the minimum clinically necessary medication
dose.
