Text
(a)"Public welfare", for purposes of the
statutes listed in subsection (b), means any form of public welfare or
social security provided for in the statutes listed in subsection (b). The
term does not include direct township assistance as administered by
township trustees under IC 12-20.
(b)This section applies to the following statutes:
(1)IC 12-13.
(2)IC 12-14.
(3)IC 12-15.
(4)IC 12-19.
