§ 12-7-2-150 — "Psychiatric disorder"

Indiana·Art. 7 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions

"Psychiatric disorder", for purposes of section 130(2) of this chapter, means a mental disorder or disease. The term does not include the following:

(1)An intellectual disability.
(2)A developmental disability.
(3)Alcoholism.
(4)Addiction to narcotic or dangerous drugs. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 16-14-1-1(1).]
