§ 12-7-2-122 — "Intoxicated"

"Intoxicated", for purposes of IC 12-23, means the state of an individual in which the individual's mental or physical functioning is substantially impaired as a result of the use of alcohol, drugs, or harmful substances. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 16-13-6.1-2.]
