(a)"Individual in need of self-directed
in-home care", for purposes of IC 12-8-1.7, has the meaning set forth
in IC 12-8-1.7-2.
(b)"Individual in need of self-directed in-home care", for purposes
of IC 12-10-17.1, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-10-17.1-6.
