§ 12-7-2-113 — "Incapacitated by alcohol"

"Incapacitated by alcohol", for purposes of IC 12-23, means that an individual, as the result of the use of alcohol, has the individual's judgment impaired and is incapable of realizing and making a rational decision with respect to the individual's need for treatment.
