Text

"Alcohol abuse", for purposes of IC 12-23, means repeated episodes of intoxication or drinking which impair health or interfere with an individual's effectiveness on the job, at home, in the community, or operating a motor vehicle. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 16-13-6.1-2.]
