Actions taken under IC 12-8-1 (expired), IC 12-8-2 (expired), IC 12-8-6 (expired), and IC 12-8-8 (expired) after June 30, 1999, and before December 1, 1999, are legalized and validated to the extent that those actions would have been legal and valid if P.L.7-2000 had been enacted before July 1, 1999.
