§ 12-30-7-7 — Borrowing money and issuing county obligations; support of health centers
Indiana·Art. 30 COUNTY HOMES AND OTHER COUNTY·Ch. 7 Health Centers in Allen County and St. Joseph County
The board of commissioners shall, with the approval of the county fiscal body, borrow money by the issue of county obligations, as the board of commissioners may do for other county purposes, for the following:
(1)The erection, furnishing, refurnishing, equipping, or
reequipping of the health center.
(2)The purchase of a site for the health center.
(3)Additions to the site.
