§ 12-30-7-6 — Taxation; support of health centers

Indiana·Art. 30 COUNTY HOMES AND OTHER COUNTY·Ch. 7 Health Centers in Allen County and St. Joseph County

The board of commissioners of a county shall, with the approval of the county council, cause to be assessed, levied, and collected the amounts of money the board of commissioners considers necessary for the following:

(1)Suitable lands, buildings, and improvements for the health center.
(2)Maintenance of the health center.
