§ 12-30-7-42 — Immunity from personal liability
Indiana·Art. 30 COUNTY HOMES AND OTHER COUNTY·Ch. 7 Health Centers in Allen County and St. Joseph County
The:
(1)members of the board of managers;
(2)administrator; and
(3)the officers and employees of the health center;
are not personally liable, except to the county, for an official act done
or omitted in connection with the performance of their respective duties
under this chapter.
