§ 12-30-7-40 — Health center board of managers; prosecution and defense of suits
Indiana·Art. 30 COUNTY HOMES AND OTHER COUNTY·Ch. 7 Health Centers in Allen County and St. Joseph County
The board of managers may prosecute and
defend suits in its own name. A suit may be brought against the board
of managers in any court with jurisdiction in the county. A notice or
summons concerning a suit against the board of managers shall be
served upon the administrator.
